We're raising funds and promoting initiatives to create an internship infrastructure that will prepare students ages 7-17 and allow high school and junior college students access to credits and continued education along with a lifetime of skills to have opportunities to work globally in Tech, Film & TV industry.

We believe in taking action with urgency and making awareness of opportunities for creative roles, legal, accounting, catering, managerial and all other production departments to gain experience for a myriad of jobs within and beyond the tech, film & tv industry.

KAZI Entertainment Studios facility is a non-profit organization that caters to America's youth (Ages 7-17) of today. Our team consist of experienced writers, producers, directors, and crew members that has worked in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. Youth will make their films right here on our backlot, soundstages, and high definition (HD) production studio. They will use the same cameras used to film major motion pictures and hit TV Shows, cut their films on industry-standard editing systems, and learn writing and production techniques for both movies and plays.

Basic Screenwriting and Playwriting for kids:

Young storytellers need this lesson to guide them through the fundamentals of format required to write an actual movie (Screenplay) or stage play (Playwrite/stageplay). It all begins with a great script. KAZI is a fun and innovative writing skills program to help kids with writing more descriptive and to enhance their range of expression to achieve their dreams and write the stories they want to tell. We believe that with the proper tools and instruction, young people of today will readily create a professional Hollywood screenplay or a broadway stage play. KAZI will teach, inspire, and encourage budding new writers to realize their goals.

Fundamentals of Pre-Production

Movie Making starts from the basics on how to be organized when you are filming or getting ready for a play. Film terms are defined for understanding the language effectively on stage to communicate properly. They will understand the protocol for the planning stages of their production and what occurs before the camera is turned on such as getting actors ready, how much money is needed for production days, and a preview of what they want their camera shots and preview of what movie scenes should be.

We care about explaining the importance of eating healthy and getting the proper sleep to work on set. We make sure they understand a media capture card is in the camera, lights and sound equipment are turned on, all equipment is in the right mode and the lens cap is off. We discuss why are storyboard is used so that they know which camera shots will be used for filming.

Fundamentals of Post Production

This unique experience will allow hands-on and concentration skills on production equipment. Editing, music, computer graphic imaging (CGI) and sound effects are finishing phases to complete a movie.

All phases of production will become an experience for filmmaking and stage plays. This is our goal and target and are crucial skills to have for a future career in the entertainment business.

1. Youth will learn filmmaking in our project-oriented curriculum and create their films or plays with the same equipment and production process currently used in the industry.

2. Youth will experience working on a variety of projects and gain the knowledge they'll need to begin a future in the film and entertainment industry.

3. Youth will earn their Entrepreneurship Certificate (mindset, knowledge, skills) needed to become the youngest filmmakers in the world.
